CP 2007 - Posting from Day 1

Hi, and welcome to the Catherine Programme blog.
Yesterday, Hans Blom, Course Leader for the Catherine Programme (CP) arrived in the evening. He looked hungry, so we fed him a pumpkin soup which he seemed to enjoy (or was too polite to decline) and the obligatory Swiss bread and cheese. Then we discussed the programme ahead.

The first CP participants are due to arrive in one hour. The others will then arrive all through the afternoon. Tea will be served at 6pm with a second sitting at 8pm.

8.45 will be a first session of "Getting to know each other" We'll keep it short: Some of the participants will have travelled from the Czech Republic and we don't want to have to carry them to their beds...

GREETINGS:

Major Jeanne van Hal, Education Officer, The Netherlands
